LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The main objective of the specialization is to give listeners interconnected segments and practices in branch management, especially regarding the role of Directors of the branch.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE PROGRAMME

The program for Certified Branch Manager is an integrated approach to the merging of theory, practical skills and international practice in order to improve the competence of the participants in the process of managing a branch of the bank.

The target group for the program are all people interested in joining the banking industry, young bankers / directors of branches and employees who want to become directors of branches and managers of high positions or managers of departments who are aiming for a promotion. Also, the specialisation is designed for regional executives of banks and other financial institutions.
