President Prof. Dr. Ulrich Zeitel
Professor Zeitel studied law from 1977 to 1983 at the Universities of Mannheim, Bonn and Lausanne (Switzerland), and he earned his doctorate in law. jur. at the University of Mannheim In 1987. Zeitel started as a lawyer in Heidelberg and worked as a senior partner of a law firm, consulting on commercial law for medium-sized companies.
Since 1983 Zeitel has been working in the FORUM Institute for Management GmbH. Initially he was a project manager, then later becoming one of the three managing partners (1988-2004) and a sole managing director since September 2004. Within FORUM, he contributed reaching important milestones of the company:
Apart from his main involvement in FORUM, he served as a executive vice president of Springer Science + Business Media from July 2007 to December 2008, a member of the management circle of Klett AG in Stuttgart from 2009 to 2012, a lecturer in the International Private Law at the Institute for Law of the University of Vienna from 2004 to 2010, a member of the University Conference of the SRH University of Heidelberg since October 2012, and a lecturer at the University of Heidelberg since 2014.
On May 18, 2017, Zeitel was awarded an honorary professorship by the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences for Management in recognition of many years of service to the development of hands-on training for working professionals in cooperation with the university.
Prof. Dr. Ronald Gleich
Professor Gleich is Professor for Management Practice & Control, Frankfurt School of Finance & Management gGmbH.
He was Executive Director of the Strascheg Institute for Innovation, Transformation, & Entrepreneurship (SITE) at EBS Business School since 2007 to 2020. In 1998, he did his doctorate at the University of Stuttgart in the field of Controlling. He completed his Habilitation at the University of Stuttgart on “The System of Performance Measurement” in 2000. From 1998 to 2005, he headed the Stuttgart Office of the management consultancy Horváth & Partners; since 2002 as a partner. He became Professor of Industrial Management at EBS in 2003 and was responsible for various areas: Between 2003 and 2005, he was pro-rector for education and Managing Director at EBS. From 2007 until 2012, Professor Gleich was Managing Director of EBS Executive Education GmbH. Since 2009, he is Head of the Operations Department at EBS (formerly Department Innovation Management & Entrepreneurship).
Doc. Dr. Brigitte Spielmann
Professor Spielmann is a trainer, coach and lecture in international Cross Culture Coaching for business and business people.
She had gain her studies and doctorate in law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University (Frankfort, 1985). Apart from her doctorate, she continue with master degree in legal management; certificate in business etiquette (2015) ; studies in legal management at the GGS, Heilbronn German Graduate School of Management and Law (2012-2015), take courses with certificate in Anglo-American law;
Chinese business law (2014), and rhetoric course in 2010. Her professional activities started as sales consultant, part in advertising company, then attorney of low in Frankfort/Main. Next step in Spielmann developing is as assistant professor at Institute of corporate law and banking law at Johann Wolfgang Goethe University, Frankfort. In 1982 she become a member of the German bar association. In the near present she is organizing student exchanges from Germany to Korea. From 2011 is teaching in the fields of: European law system; global communication; legal management at the universities of HUREE ITC – Ulan Bator, Mongolia; BEIJING HUAJIA-Beijing, China; DONG-EUI-Bussan, Korea; YONSEI-Seoul, Korea and WONKWANG-Iksan, Korea. From 2015 Spielmann is also etiquette coach. In her professional life she had singed many memberships, some of them are with Foreign Trade Committee of the Chamber of Commerce Rhein-Neckar; German Korean legal society, Rhein-Neckar In-house Council Forum, Heidelberg; Goethe Society, Heidelberg; Legal Committee German Brewers Association, Berlin etc.
