During the past weekend, on the invitation by the Municipality of Ohrid and Stellar Solutions, members of the Heidelberg Institute in Skopje attended the presentation of the project “Roads Not Taken: Municipality of Ohrid Going Green, Smart, Innovative (OHRID GO)”. During the event, the Heidelberg team had a meeting with Mr Michael Mizrahi, Director of AtoBe Startup Accelerator, part of the Azrieli College of Engineering in Jerusalem, Israel, and Head of the Center for Research, Innovation, and Entrepreneurial Engineering Institutes.
Mr Mizrahi is an entrepreneur whose vision is to transform Jerusalem into one of the top 20 cities in the world for startups and entrepreneurs. At this event, he shared his experiences and drew parallels with the opportunities that our country has.
At the end of the event, it was discussed about future cooperation to join the Council for Digital Transformation at the Heidelberg Institute in Skopje and joint activities in their areas of activity.
