During this program, several topics will be covered that explain the purpose, application and benefits of Business Intelligence (DI) in modern corporate information systems. Starting from the basic concepts of data and data types, the ways of transformation and organization of data in data warehouses and multidimensional structures will be covered, which then represent the basis of support systems for business decision making.

The concept of “big data” explains the data that differ in their volume and characteristics from conventional data structures. The program also includes the concepts of data disclosure, especially in “big data”, through the process of “mining” data, ie the application of artificial intelligence algorithms and techniques to data, to discover information that previously unknown or unexpected.

The techniques of visualization and presentation of the data arising from the Business Intelligence systems are covered as a separate chapter, in which the advantages of the graphic presentation of knowledge in the analysis of complex phenomena are emphasized.

Upon completion of the program, participants:

  • will get acquainted with the basic concepts of Business Intelligence such as data and data models, data warehousing, multidimensional databases, big data, knowledge discovery in databases etc;
  • will learn to distinguish data from “big data”;
  • will learn how to manage and organize data structures in a data warehouse;
  • will learn techniques for data analysis used in business intelligence;
  • will get acquainted with the tools for presentation and visualization of data in Business Intelligence systems;
  • will learn techniques for measuring business performance;
  • will get acquainted with the statistical models and techniques of artificial intelligence that are used in predicting certain phenomena based on fast historical data.

Dr. Tatjana Vasileva Stojanovska

Dr. Tatjana Vasileva Stojanovska works as a Programming Consultant at the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia (NBRM), in the Central Banking Sector.

In 2000, he completed her postgraduate studies at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technologies at the University “Ss. Cyril and Methodius” acquires the degree of Master of Computer Science. In 2015, she prepared her doctoral dissertation on “Neuro-stages of modeling of video conferencing system for distance learning” and in 2015 she obtained the title of Doctor of Technical Sciences at the Faculty of Information Sciences and Computer Engineering.

Professional projects in which Dr. Tatjana Vasileva Stojanovska has participated in the National Bank of the Republic of Macedonia are: Payment Statistics, Mandatory Reserve System, Securities Notification and Cash Registration System, Interest Rate Software System, Software Risk Management, Main Software Software, PCI Infrastructure and Digital Signature Implementation in Software Systems, Capital Financial Stability and Adequacy Indicators, Electronic Regulatory Reports, Stores TION data and business intelligence, design and implementation of the Department of Supervision and Statistics for payment.

She also has knowledge of programming languages and applications: Business Intelligence and Data Storage, Microsoft SQL Server (programming and administration), Microsoft Visual Studio (VB.NET, C.NET, ASPX, XML, XSD, HTML, DHTML, SOAP ), MathWorks Matlab, IBM SPSS <C / C ++, Java scripting, Digital Certification / Signature / Encryption (Entrust CA, Miscrosoft CA), IDEA and other CAAT.

You can make the payment directly with a credit card on the website itself when purchasing a seminar or training or by paying an invoice in several installments, and after a previously signed agreement.

In the certification programs can enroll anyone who wants to qualify or retrain for thechosen field in the certification programs. For that purpose, having a minimum of prior knowledge in the chosen field of each candidate is a facilitating circumstance in studying the programs. Namely, the programs, except for the postgraduate master studies, do not require prior formal higher education.

Pillar 1 – Seminars are held live with physical presence at a predetermined location and time. Seminars are also held live online through the ZOOM platform. For each organized seminar, the way, time and place of the event are certain in advance, which is published on the website.

Pillar 2 – E-learning, lectures are held online. The first category is live lectures through the online ZOOM platform, the second category is through recorded video materials (when you buy a certain program, you get access to the video you bought).

Pillar 3 – Executive Certification are held live with the physical presence of the group following the program, with a predetermined schedule for lectures.

NOTE: the lectures with several months of training programs are held after working hours, once or twice a week (for each training is explained in detail in the information of the program itself).

Lecturers of all programs are domestic and international practitioners with at least 10 years of work experience in the fields they teach. In each of the programs there are expert lecturers who are available for you to “use” their know-how.

Each listener receives materials in the form of presentations, exercises, excels, books, additional (video and audio) materials and directions where they can get more information on topics related to the lectures for anyone who wants to expand their study.
