Description of the program

Note: On December 7, 2020, upon a previously submitted request to the Management Board of the International Group of Controlling, in order to obtain worldwide prestigious accreditation of the program with the sign “IGC quality standards”, by the world body for Controlling – IGC International Group of Controlling, The German higher education institution – Institute of Business and Management HEIDELBERG Skopje, received a positive recommendation and thus gained worldwide prestigious accreditation.

According that, the Heidelberg Institute in Skopje is the only institution in the Western Balkans with such certification and validity of diplomas / certificates of the program “CERTIFIED CONTROLLER”.

Program Certified Controller takes place in 5 modules with increased complexity of the subjects. After completing one of every level (1, 2 & 3 Levels BASIC, 4 Level ADVANCED & 5 Level EXPERT) each participant is necessary to make practical on-line exam form the e-Learning platform in order to obtain the certificate appropriate level attended. The exam is assessed 80% of the total points for the certificate. The remaining 20% of the total points of getting the certificate relating to the evaluation of the Program Manager who submits an assessment of the participant on 2 grounds, critical thinking and commitment from tutorials (8 hours).

The two categories individually carry 10% of the assessment.

The manager is obliged to summarize the conclusions of the information submitted by each individual lecturer (tutor) teaching sessions. It only conclude and summarize information about the level of knowledge acquired by the candidate themselves lectures, which would be additional information to the Central Certification Commission (CSK) from the Institute for Business and Management, Heidelberg in making the decision for certificate for appropriate level.

Each candidate is entitled to re exam for a certain level, up to 3 times.

Each of the topics and materials included in the program will include practical examples of implementation in daily operations. Methods for presenting and learning the topics will take place on the principle of: flexibility, e-learning by doing concept, e-workshops, e-discussions, research between and during classes and development of case-study and discussion thereof.

At the end of the specialization you will get:

Transfers ECTS (credits) of the international Master’s degrees MBA in Finance & Controlling form the German Higher Education Institution | Institute for Business & Management HEIDELBERG – Skopje;

ECVET – European Credit points for Vocational Education and Training (European Credit and Teacher Education and Learning Center); according to the European Qualifications Framework;

German Specialist Certificate (Diploma) – “Certified Controller” in accordance with the European Year of Education in accordance with European Quality Assurance for Education and Training (EQAVET) – Provision of European Qualifications and Teaching Education

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The main purpose of specialization is to give listeners progress in knowledge, namely:

  • get an overview of the entire controlling system;
  • expand their scope of action as controllers;
  • to deepen, strengthen and develop their international competence for controlling; and
  • train their argumentation and explanation skills in English (for Level 4 and 5 studies).

You can make the payment directly with a credit card on the website itself when purchasing a seminar or training or by paying an invoice in several installments, and after a previously signed agreement.

In the certification programs can enroll anyone who wants to qualify or retrain for thechosen field in the certification programs. For that purpose, having a minimum of prior knowledge in the chosen field of each candidate is a facilitating circumstance in studying the programs. Namely, the programs, except for the postgraduate master studies, do not require prior formal higher education.

Pillar 1 – Seminars are held live with physical presence at a predetermined location and time. Seminars are also held live online through the ZOOM platform. For each organized seminar, the way, time and place of the event are certain in advance, which is published on the website.

Pillar 2 – E-learning, lectures are held online. The first category is live lectures through the online ZOOM platform, the second category is through recorded video materials (when you buy a certain program, you get access to the video you bought).

Pillar 3 – Executive Certification are held live with the physical presence of the group following the program, with a predetermined schedule for lectures.

NOTE: the lectures with several months of training programs are held after working hours, once or twice a week (for each training is explained in detail in the information of the program itself).

Lecturers of all programs are domestic and international practitioners with at least 10 years of work experience in the fields they teach. In each of the programs there are expert lecturers who are available for you to “use” their know-how.

Each listener receives materials in the form of presentations, exercises, excels, books, additional (video and audio) materials and directions where they can get more information on topics related to the lectures for anyone who wants to expand their study.

At the German higher education institution Heidelberg Institute for Business and Management in Skopje has accredited (in 2018) 4 academic programs for master studies, as follows:
