In a rapidly evolving environment, where technological progress influences all aspects of our existence, the capacity to adapt and innovate is of paramount importance. At the forefront of these transformations lies the human resources (HR) sector, which is increasingly confronted with the necessity to monitor, embrace, and integrate the latest technological advancements. Generative AI in particular, in Human Resources gives us unprecedented opportunities, facilitating the development of various content types, ranging from job descriptions to automated employee feedback. So artificial intelligence can improve creativity and efficiency in HR but there are some difficulties and things we need to take into account while implementing it, which will be discussed in our seminar.
