Currently, Boban works for the regulatory body overseeing banks in Illinois, ensuring financial institutions operate within compliance frameworks and adhere to best practices in risk management. His expertise extends to sustainable finance, as he is the author of Navigating Sustainable Finance – Integration of ESG into Business, Operations, and Analysis, which explores the role of ESG principles in modern financial decision-making.
Boban has also completed the Venture Capital Program at Kaplan Institute in Chicago and has worked extensively in startup valuation, credit risk modeling, and venture capital. He is the author of multiple finance-related books, including A Handbook for Bankers: Credit Analysts and Bank Managers and Start Anyway: 50 Tips for Small Business Triumphs.
