Short description:
Qualitative and quantitative risk management of an investment portfolio. Concept of portfolio diversification, risk adjusted return performance, regression analysis, factor models, component analysis, VAR Models.

Dr. Petar Taleski
He completed his undergraduate and postgraduate studies in economics, and in 2011 he completed his doctoral studies, thus acquiring the academic title of Doctor of Science. With more than two decades of experience in banks and pension funds, in 2019 he was elected as a member of the board of directors of Sava Pension Company AD Skopje. In his long career, he has participated in numerous professional conferences in the country and abroad, he is the author of several professional and scientific publications, he has also acquired international certification in his fields of activity.
Menche Dodevska, M.Sc
She is the Head of the Sales Department at Sava pension company a.d. Skopje from April, 2021. She started her professional career in 2005 at NLB New Pension Fund, and continued it as Head of Finance and Accounting at Ilirika Fund Management, then as a financial analyst at Zito Lux ad Skopje, and from 2010 to 2014 she was elected as an assistant at the Economic faculty, FON University. From 2014 to 2021, she worked as an analyst in the Risks Department at Sava Pension Company. Undergraduate studies in the field of financial management are completed at the Faculty of Economics at the University "St. Kiril i Metodij" in Skopje, and as a scholarship holder of Cementarnica USJE, she obtained an MBA degree from the prestigious ALBA Business School in Athens, Greece. Menche Dodevska is a licensed professional trainer, and holds licenses to work with securities and investment advisor, both issued by the Securities Commission in the Republic of Macedonia. She was a lecturer at several trainings and is the author of published texts with financial content.
